The project includes the buildout of 5,800 square feet of space within an existing 9,000 square foot one story building. The space will include offices, a gym, training center, conference room, a lounge, bunk rooms and storage areas. The work will include but is not limited to demolition, building walls, painting, plumbing and electrical work, and installing cabinetry, countertops, insulation, doors and frames, hardware, ceiling, toilets, shower, and appliances.
