Description | The Russian OAO IDGC Holding signed a management contract with the Électricité Réseau Distribution France (EdRf) for the OJSC Tomsk Distribution Company in June 2011. ErDF was to manage the company’s assets through its subsidiary EdRf Russia for a period of 8 years starting in November 2011. Tomsk Distribution Company sells electric energy to subscribers in the Tomsk Region of the Russian Federation. The Company also provides services for it's subscribers such as installations, repairs and adjustments. 52% of the stocks of the Tomsk Distribution Company were held by OAO IDGC of Siberia, affiliated to IDGC Holding, and another 25.9% by Rosneft . Électricité Réseau Distribution France (EdRf)was a 100% subsidiary of the electric power utility Electricite de France (EDF). The structure of the management fees was not disclosed. |
