Description | The project involves the development, construction and operation of 15MW Oktyabrskaya solar power plant in Astrakhan Region in Russia. Upon completion, the plant is expected to generate more than 21 000 MWh of electric energy annually. The sponsor is Solar Systems (Russia), established by Amur Sirius Power Equipment (China) and the SPV is Pyataya Proektnaya Kompaniya (Fifth Project Company).
