Description | The company is established in 2018 as an entity to produce an essential oil. The idea of this project is to establish a unique pharmaceutical agro -industry company specialized in cultivating, harvesting, extracting and export of organic and ethically crafted therapeutic grade essential oils and extracts from aromatic and medicinal plants. The project promoter is looking for joint venture with a foreign company with equity dilution to the extent of 40%. In addition, the local promoters needs support in machinery procurement and technology transfer as well as access to international markets. The project is to be located in Amhara regional state Debrebirhan city Administration and land has been already procured to plant 3 hectares of land of Aromatic plants. |
