Old Santa Fe Trail Building Rehabilitation

The National Park Service is seeking bidders to rehabilitate the Old Santa Fe Trail Building in Santa Fe. The project will involve rehabilitating the exterior envelope and surrounding historic features of the building. The work will include demolishing and replacing stucco on all exterior walls and parapets; demolishing and replacing membrane roofing, including nail plate and flashing; repairing or replacing all degraded adobe bricks beneath the stucco; and repairing or replacing all damaged/degraded structural components, such as vigas, lintels, sills, latillas, beams, rough cut framing and historic gates. The project is valued at between $5 million and $10 million.
