Description | The Olefins 3 Cold Energy Utilization Project (OCP) is an LNG cold energy utilization project linking PTTGC's olefins plant and PE LNG's regasification facility in Nongfab, Rayong, Thailand. It features a closed-loop mixed refrigerant system that transfers cold energy released during LNG regasification to the olefins plant for cooling, replacing electricity as the primary power source and reducing CO2 emissions by 60,000 tons annually. CTCI Thailand is responsible for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) scope, including key equipment and utility systems. |
