It is a pilot project demonstrating the viability of floating offshore wind development in the Mediterranean's deeper waters and specific environment. The project supports a sustainable local supply chain and is expected to generate around 110,000 MWh per year, powering approximately 50,000 inhabitants for 20 years. |
