completed

The Lutheran Home provides short-term rehabilitation, residential health care, in-home services, adult day care services and child care. Its infrastructure was built in the 1970s and required updates including more parking and private bathrooms in each room. Project is a mix of renovation and new construction with approximately 127,000 square feet of renovation and 103,000 square feet of a new three-story precast/structural steel facility. The facility will have 240 total rooms with 162 rooms and 78 additional rooms in the new wing. 3 The project will consist of three phases to minimize the impact on the active campus.
