Omega Solar Projects Private Limited has entered into a 25yr PPA with the government of Punjab, facilitated by the Punjab Energy Development Agency. Omega Solar Projects Private Limited reached financial closure in January, 2015. Of the $7.71m USD cost all has been debt financed. Debt financing is provided by the State Bank of India ($3.86m USD), and Lakshmi Vilas Bank ($3.85m USD). Omega Solar PV Power Plant is fully operational as of July, 2015.
