One Crosstown Towers I, II, III, and The Crest

The One Crosstown Towers I, II, and III along with The Crest are part of the redevelopment of the 60-acre former Celestica site near Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue East. Designed by Core Architects for Aspen Ridge Homes and Diamond Corp, these three towers and other buildings are taking shape just west of Don Valley station on the Eglinton Line 5, which is being expanded as the initial northeastern terminus of Ontario Line 3. The towers feature a dark window wall system with a checkerboard-like effect, and The Crest is a contrasting mid-rise with curving mass and white-framed balcony bands. The development includes townhouses, podiums connected by preserved walls of the former IBM Canada head offices, and a public realm with landscaping and public art.
