Description | One Delisle is a 44-storey condominium development located on the west side of Yonge Street, just north of St. Clair subway station in Toronto. The project features an unconventional exterior designed by Chicago-based Studio Gang, with a modified cylindrical spire shape and projecting modules resembling blooming flower petals. Construction began in mid-2022, faced permitting delays in spring 2024, but resumed above-grade construction after permits were issued in May 2024. The tower has risen over halfway to its final height of 155 metres, with cladding installation reaching the 11th floor as of July 2025. The project is expected to complete in 2026, delivering 371 condominium units. |
