Description | The One Rehoboth development project amended its parking garage plans from an underground, two-level garage to a single-level garage with a car lift system to provide the same parking capacity while taking up less space and providing more room between the garage and the nearby Admiral Hotel. Construction fencing was expected to be installed in the week of December 22, 2025, with construction resuming after a pause during the Sea Witch Festival. The One Rehoboth building is a four-story commercial building consolidating several businesses and a hotel, owned by One Rehoboth LLC, a partnership between Grotto Pizza and the ONIX group. The project is projected to be finished by 2027. |
