TDM 2000 International is a European network, established in 2008 dedicated to addressing challenges affecting youth, fostering social cohesion, and empowering young people and their organizations. With 26 member organizations across 17 countries (23 from Programme countries), TDM connects independent members through unified strategies, bridging them with the EU to support growth and innovation in youth work. Our 2025 activity plan builds on last year’s achievements and aligns with our 3-year framework strategy and the EU Youth Strategy’s pillars: Engage, Connect, Empower. Key objectives include: - Fostering civic engagement and encouraging youth to embrace their roles as social change-makers. - Enhancing awareness of EU policies, including the Youth Strategy 2019-2027 and European Youth Goals, to strengthen ties between young citizens, youth organizations, and stakeholders. - Spreading EU values and addressing themes such as active participation, social inclusion, environmental sustainability, digital transformation, mental health, human rights, and employability. - Offering tools and resources for youth’s personal and professional growth. - Enhancing the commitment and collaboration of network members and partners in implementing youth policies. - Expanding the capabilities of the network and its members to drive impactful initiatives. This plan reinforces TDM’s commitment to empowering young people as active citizens and advancing the collective mission to build a stronger, more inclusive Europe.
