Description | In April 2013, two local private companies, Beijing Origin Water Company Limited and its subsidiary Beijing Jiuan Construction Investment Group Limited. signed a concession agreement with the Water Authority of Shunyi District of Beijing City signed to build and operate four township water reclamation plants and also operate four existing water reclamation plants in Shunyi District, Beijing Municipality. The concession term of the agreement was 25 years. The concessionaires were selected through open bidding. The total and individual capacity of the 4 existing plants were unknown. The offer price was not released either. The shares of the two partners could not be found. |
