Operation of Chios Marina

The scope of the project involves the use, operation, management and exploitation of Chios Marina. Chios is the fifth largest Greek island, situated in the Eastern part of the Aegean Sea. Chios Marina is located in the central part of the eastern coast of Chios, 2.5km from the city center of Chios and from the main port and about 6km from the island's airport. The sea zone of the marina of Chios, with an area of approximately 80,000 square meters, includes a harbor with a total area of about 28,000sq.m. The terrestrial zone of the Chios marina, with a surface area of approximately 35,000sq.m. has been formed primarily by seabed infiltrations.  The concessionaire will significantly improve the marina's capacity, to serve at least 170 recreational craft of different categories, up to 25m in length. The concessionaire will also potentially develop all necessary ground handling facilities, as well as other leisure and tourism amenities.
