Oserian Two Lakes Industrial Park

Oserian Two Lakes Industrial Park is a 150-hectare greenfield/brownfield sustainable development on the southern banks of Lake Naivasha, Kenya, with the vision to become a demonstration case for sustainable industrialisation in Africa. Their mission is to develop sustainable, reliable, and affordable infrastructure, utilities, and services and provide these to vision-aligned businesses and developers. The industrial park is in Naivasha, Nakuru County, Kenya (-0.850°, 36.289°), 2 hours from Nairobi by road, 50 km from the Naivasha Inland Container Depot and Naivasha-Mombasa Standard Gauge Railway. The project is privately owned by Oserian Development Company and equity partners, with development and operational support from world class partners to ensure effective delivery. The industrial park is targeting sectors of the economy that have an outsized positive social and environmental impact, including textiles & apparel, agro-processing, food & beverage manufacturing, light manufacturing, logistics services, responsible forestry processing, and waste-to-value. The industrial park forms the anchor to a mixed-use 7,500-hectare sustainable mixed-use development, called Oserian Two Lakes. Oserian Two Lakes comprises the industrial park and a flower farm in one of the three Oserian Two Lakes’ valleys. Residential, leisure and commercial developments will be expanded upon in the second valley and Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary remains protected in the third.
