Description | The proposed investment consists of a senior loan package of up to US$145 million equivalent to LLC “OTP Leasing” (OTP Leasing or the Company), consisting of: (i) a senior loan of up to US$25 million for IFC’s own account; (ii) a B2 loan of US$25 million; and (iii) a senior loan of up to US$95 million equivalent in EUR for IFC’s own account. OTP Leasing is IFC’s existing client and the leading leasing company in Ukraine. The project’s main objective is to support Ukraine’s economy by increasing access to finance for new leases to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), including potentially women-owned SMEs (WSMEs) and agribusinesses (the Project). |
