Ovation Development Central Park and Community Spaces

planned

The Ovation development in Franklin, Tennessee, includes a proposed two-acre Central Park designed as a community gathering space with lounge areas, outdoor dining, and an outdoor movie screen. The master plan features a mix of commercial and residential spaces, including 400,000 square feet of retail and personal services, a food hall, a mountain bike park, and a wetland park. Traffic improvements include new lanes on McEwen Drive to improve access to I-65. Building height restrictions are self-imposed, with tallest buildings up to 12 stories mainly for office use. Architectural design enhancements include the use of architectural precast materials to improve visual appeal.
