The sponsor covers the whole cost of the project ($ 56.62 million). The facility signed in 2018 a PPA according to which Energorynok guarantees to purchase electiricty until 31.12.2029. The plant consists of 9 units of 3.6 MW GE turbines and is planned to start production in September 2018. Ovid WPP is projected to produce 118.000.000 kWh net energy per year. The plant was connected to the grid on September 21, 2019.
