Description | This 0.41-acre lot zoned HCD (Highway Commercial Development) is a Restaurant project to enhance an existing 780 sq. ft. drive in commercial building. The site is being redeveloped for use as a Frozen Yogurt Drive-In. Improvements include adjusting the building layout, a one-way drive aisle, a reconfigured pedestrian sidewalk, and an exit-only driveway connection to Boone Road. The existing stormwater pond and conveyance system will be protected in place with rim elevations of all inlet structures and inverts of pipe connections kept the same. |
