Packing District Mixed-Use Development

Crosland Southeast has filed plans for a mixed-use project on roughly six acres at the northwest corner of Princeton Street and Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. The project includes a 303-unit apartment building, 28 townhomes, about 17,080 square feet of street-level retail, a five-level parking garage, widened on-street parking, and shared amenities focused on walkability. The apartment building will have studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, along with amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, yoga room, dog spa, pool courtyard, coworking space, and skylounge. The townhomes are three-story units with two-car garages. The project is part of the broader Packing District redevelopment effort by Dr. Phillips Charities to transform former industrial parcels into mixed-use neighborhoods.
