Legal advisers to consortium are Hogan Lovells and Sycip. Legal advisers to lender are Abuda Asis & Associates and Marsden Law. Financing comprises a PHP6.75bn 5-year term loan and a PHP10.9bn equity. MLAs are Development Bank of Philippines, Land Bank of the Philippines and Asia United Bank. Financial close occurred on 18 September 2015. |
