The project requires 9.13 hectares of land belonging to the Forest Department and is estimated to cost between Rs 100-120 crore. The tender was awarded to Ronmas India Pvt. Ltd., but work has not yet started due to post-Pahalgam attack complications. The executing agency has sought permission for site visits to conduct topography and geotechnical studies. The project is expected to be completed within 18 months. |
