The project will provide support to improvements in the regulatory framework for doing business in Pakistan. This will be achieved through: i. the provision of indicator-based reform advisory services to assist the government to improve, modernize and automate regulatory interface with business, as measured by the Doing Business (DB) indicators; and ii. capacity building within the federal and provincial governments to increase their ability to undertake DB reforms and, inter alia, organize peer-to-peer learning and knowledge exchange relating to emerging good practices, communication strategies, business-to-government feedback loops and appropriate monitoring and evaluation.
