Pangasinan Bulk Water Supply PPP project will supply 200 million litre of bulk water per day to roughly 1.4 million residents across 14 cities and municipalities in Pangasinan province, in the Philippines. Filipino conglomerate Ayala's subsidiary Manila Water Company is the sponsor of the project and will develop infrastructures sourcing water from the Agno River using the riverbank filtration technology, increasing water supply in the province. The project was initiated in September 2016 when Manila Water submitted an unsolicited proposal, which was later approved by the provincial government in 2018. The total value of the project is PHP8 billion ($155.48 million). The concession agreement was signed and the groundbreaking ceremony was held on 14 January, 2022.
