The work includes: 1.Construction of a 36,500 m3 storage cell, complete with compacted clay liner; 2. Miscellaneous supporting infrastructure, manhole type transfer structure, overflow piping, and effluent release piping; 3. Various site improvements, including drainage ditching, perimeter fencing, topsoil replacement, and seeding; 4. Provision of roads for ingress and egress to the location of all work required; 5. Clean-up of site;
