The project starts from Yanli Road, the south bank of Yanpingba Yangtze River Bridge in the north, and has Yichang Road in the south. It is about 5.01 kilometers long (including the main line is about 3.53 kilometers long and the road length is about 1.48 kilometers). It includes the Yingying Panshan Tunnel, the Chengnan Interchange and the connecting line. The road grade is Grade I Highway. It is designed according to two-way six lanes. There is no motor vehicle lane and sidewalk. The design speed is 80km/h. There are two types of subgrade, the overall subgrade is 31.5m wide, the separated subgrade is 15.75m wide; the Yingpanshan tunnel is a double-hole tunnel, the left tunnel is 1361m long, the right tunnel is 1374m long, and the single-section standard section is 13.75m wide; The Chengnan Interchange has main line bridges and ramps. The main line bridges are set in width. The standard section of the left line bridge is 15.75m wide and the standard section of the right line bridge is 19.5m wide. The ramps are divided into two categories, designed according to single lane or 2 lanes. The designed speed is 40km/ h. Total project cost is $ 220.99 million. The BOT concession has a duration of 15 years.
