The development is structured in phases with an expected ready-for-service date in 2027 and additional expansion capacity beyond that. The company is evaluating conversion of a 60-megawatt Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) to firm service, potentially increasing capacity to 400-430 megawatts, with long-term campus expansion supported by a recent load study for more than 500 megawatts. |
