The total investment was RMB 80 million (US$ 9.66 million). Business scope includes production, machining, storage and transportation of LPG; operation of automobile LPG filling station; the production, sales, installation, and maintenance of LPG appliances and related products; construction and operation of sub-area LPG pipeline; the production and sales of other petrochemicals. The project company Panva Gas (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. was granted a 50 year concession to operate pipe natural gas pipe business in Kunming City, Yunnan Province. Hong Kong based Panva Gas Holding Ltd was a publicly traded company in the Hong Kong stock exchange and was principally focused on commercialization of natural gas and liquefied petroleum in China mainland. |
