Paphos (Kissonerga) Marine Development Project

The project involves the long-term concession and development of the Paphos Marina at Kissonerga, covering an area of 165,628 m². It will provide berthing for around 1,000 recreational vessels, with 70–80% wet berths and 20–30% dry berths, and may also include facilities for cruise ships. Beyond the marina itself, the development will feature residential, commercial, and hotel components, creating a mixed-use waterfront hub. The scheme is designed to boost nautical tourism, stimulate the local economy, reduce seasonality in visitor flows, and enhance safe navigation infrastructure along Cyprus’s coast.
