Description	The project entails the construction and operation of a 350-MW solar plant located in Karnataka. Wardha Solar (Maharashtra) Private Limited is the project company, entirely owned by Adani Group, that is undertaking the project. Project is being procured under the SECI scheme with power purchase agreement for 20 years. The concession contract was awarded following a competitive bidding process based on lowest tariff per unit of energy. Financing was provided by 4 commercial banks - MUFG Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo and Mizuho Bank, one state-owned bank - India Infrastructure Finance Company and one Bilateral - Export Development Canada.
