Description	The project entails the construction of a transmission line and two substations in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso. It includes: 263km simple circuit 230kv transmission line; Paranatinga 500/230kv substation and Canarana 230/138kv substation. State Grid Brazil’s SPV Canarana Transmissora de Energia is the sponsor of the project. The SPV has a concession contract with Brazilian power regulator Aneel. The total investment amounts to R311.6 million ($84 million) with a debt-to-equity ratio of 77:23. Financing will be provided by BNDES (R181 million) and infrastructure debentures (R60 million).
