The site is located at 1151 Northwest First Avenue, north of the Miami Worldcenter mixed-use complex. Zoning allows for a 4.8 million-square-foot development with 3,300 residential and hotel units, which can be increased to 10 million square feet and 6,600 units under the Live Local Act. The site is near the under-construction Interstate 395 signature bridge project, which has faced delays and is now expected to complete in 2029. |
