The project involves the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of public parking garages in Novi Sad, a city in northern Serbia. The following garages are to be developed: Underground public garage in Modena Street; 120 passenger car spaces per floor, number of underground floors is not limited Public garage at the corner of Uspenska Street and Šafarikova Street; 350 passenger car spaces across five floors, including basement Underground public garage near the building of the Provincial Government and the Assembly of AP Vojvodina; 185 passenger car spaces across two floors Public garage in Branimira Ćosića Street; 540 passenger car spaces across five floors, including basement Public garage near Novi Sad railway station; 240 passenger car spaces across basement, ground floor, upper floor and roof  Underground public garage in Detelinara, next to the Boulevard of Europe; 160 + 350 passenger car spaces per floor, number of underground floors is not limited
