Parking PPP in Zagreb

project in planning

Concession to finance, build and operate an underground parking facility in Zagreb on commercial terms. It is envisaged that the new facility will be entirely built underground on three levels, with the ground level to remain as a school recreation and green space area, as it is today. According to the "Reference Design" prepared by the City, the first underground level will comprise a commercial space plus a high school sports hall. Underground levels two and three will provide all-day parking with up to 600 parking spaces. The development will also include pedestrian underpass to the Children's Hospital.
