BNP Paribas acted as adviser, sole structuring bank, bookrunner and placement agent. The bank structured what it called asophisticated transaction, combining bond and bank tranches. The bondtranche had a record tenor of 25 years, and an AAA local rating from Apoyoy Asociados Internacionales, a Fitch affiliate in Peru. The debt portioninvolved US$140m for a 25-year bond, US$305m for a 25-year local inflationadjusted bond- both in nuevo soles- and US$82m for a 10-year loan fromlocal banks. Both bonds matured on June 30 2037. In February 2013, after municipal government changed, an addenda to the contract was signed and the project got the name of Via Parque Rimac (initially called Linea Amarilla), including as main changes: some additional works, the participation of the government on 7% of toll collection, the expansion of the concession period to 40 years and a US$9.1 million contribution to the Fondo Municipal de la Inversión Privada (FOMPRI). In August 2016, Vince acquired LAMSAC, the project company, from Invepar in a transaction valued at Euros 1.5 billion. |
