Description
Description | The project aims to repair, reorganize and bring several areas of the Center Patro le Prevost up to standard. At the gymnasium, there are plans to replace several major elements such as the dilapidated floor by a hardwood floor, worn anchors, removable partitions damaged by dividing curtains and a repair of the leaky exterior wall. In the locker rooms, there are plans to repair showers, toilets and changing rooms in poor condition as well as the installation of a new universal changing room. On the ground floor, there are plans to reorganize the reception, administrative offices and rooms. On the first floor, the redevelopment of new multipurpose rooms, the repair of existing rooms as well as the upgrading of exits are planned. This description of the work is not exhaustive and it could be revised following the completion of the final plans and specifications and the opening of calls for tenders. This project will allow the City of Montreal (Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension borough) to provide its population with better quality recreational infrastructure. |
