A Framework Partnership Agreement to support FEANTSA's work on ending homelessness in Europe during the period 2026 to 2029. FEANTSA is the European Federation of Organisations Working with the Homeless. The Partnership proposal covers 4 annual work programmes of activities to improve policy and practice in the fight against homelessness in Europe. They contribute to the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights, notably priority 19 on housing and assistance to the homeless. Each year, FEANTSA will deliver activities on research & evidence, capacity-building, awareness-raising, mainstreaming homelessness & contributing to policymaking. The proposed Partnership Agreement supports these activities, as well as the effective management of FEANTSA and a comprehensive communications strategy. Highlights of the annual work programme include inter alia the publication of a European Journal on Homelessness & our flagship report ‘Overview of Housing Exclusion in Europe’, as well as two major European conferences (FEANTSA Forum & European Research Conference on Homelessness) & a rich knowledge & capacity building programme.
