Encore Energy Group was selected to lead the municipal electric vehicle (EV) charging deployments at the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC) in Newark. The project includes installation of 46 charging ports (30 Level 2 and 16 DC fast chargers) across three buildings to support up to two megawatts of fleet-charging demand. The initiative supports fleet electrification across PVSC's multi-building operations campus, including its vehicle maintenance hub. Encore Energy Group is responsible for site evaluation, electrical contracting, permitting, and construction management. The project is supported by New Jersey state purchasing co-op and grants, with Lynkwell providing EV charging equipment and software.
