Project would include real time mobile app, mobile web solution, Wi-Fi on buses, social media feeds and other technical software upgrades. Software upgrades would include the ability to manage bus stops, to view the entire route on the ranger, allow for a direct feed to social media sites, allow for employee performance management and allow for better reporting of pass-by and other customer related information. Additionally, server upgrades are needed to support real time apps, mobile web solution as well as digital displays for employee communication including a secure web space for employees to access key information from home as well as wireless downloading & updating of bus destination signs (includes hardware).
