"This project is part of the plan ALPIMED": “ALPIMED PATRIM suggests to bring out the touristic destination of the Alpes of Mediterranean, by building on its heritage assets and its geographical location between see and mountain. The project will allow to let’s now and to commercialise the destination in order to enforce its notoriety at European level and to increase the Eco touristic flux on territory. It’ll also allow to diversify the offer involving, in an innovative manner public structures, local touristic actors, inhabitants and professionals of travel, thorough the creation of ecotouristic’s products, around the roaming, bike tourism, natural, cultural and historical paths. So, partner would like to work for a bettering of current offer quality. This PITER wants to co-build models of intervention on its territory in order to facilitate the emergence of a development schema at cross-border scale. The Plan wants to identify leviers and favourable conditions to local economic development of peripheric territories of mountain and rural, promoting in the same time territory advantages and exchanges. This plan will act on the following leviers: a better management of natural resources and a particular attention to climate change; valorisation of natural patrimony thorough eco-tourism; maintaining of a cross-border mobility and utilisation of innovation and access to information technologies to enforce the local economic.
