Resurface pavement as needed to improve conditions at the following locations: Route 9N from County Route 2 Creek Road to Route 185 Bridge Road in the Town of Crown Point and Route 9N from McKenzie Brook to Treble Cliff Way in the Hamlet of Port Henry, Essex County; Route 4 from Bridge over Hudson to Town of Waterford Line in the Town of Waterford, Route 9 from Crossing Blvd to Dunning Street in the Towns of Halfmoon and Malta, and Route 32 from Fulton St to Start Route 4/32 Overlap in the Town of Waterford, Saratoga County; Route 9 from Access to Beach Road to Exit 22 Access Ramps in the Town of Lake George and Route 28N from Essex County Line to North Creek in the Hamlet of North Creek, Warren County; Route 4 from southern Village Line to County Route 18 in the Village of Whitehall, Route 22 from Route 4/32 to Bellamy Street in the Village of Whitehall, and Route 254 from Warren St to St Paul's Drive in the Village of Hudson Falls, Washington County.
