Description
Description | The Fourth Programmatic Social Reform Loan Project (PSRL IV) is the fourth and final stage of a four-year program in Peru, which uses a Programmatic Development Policy Loan instrument to support reforms aimed at increasing access, transparency, and efficiency in service provision. The main objective of PSRL has been, since the beginning of the program in 2001, to support Peru's medium term social policy reforms. PSRL IV is focused on consolidating these reforms and increasing their sustainability into the future. It will support efforts to complete and consolidate reforms in five areas: social expenditures management; redesign, targeting, and administration of social protection programs; access to health services; access and efficiency in education; and transparency and accountability in the social sectors. |
