Description

Description

Silver Ventures plans to add 20 retailers on the eastern edge of the Pearl District in San Antonio, where surface parking lots currently exist between Avenue A and Highway 281. This retail expansion aims to deepen the retail offerings and increase consistent daytime traffic. Additionally, Silver Ventures' subsidiary, Oxbow Development Group, is advancing plans for 140,000 square feet of office space as part of the Isleta project on East Josephine Street. The office space is intended to complement the retail expansion by bringing more workers to the area, thereby increasing spending at ground-floor retailers. The tenant mix will focus on local merchants and early-stage concepts rather than national chains. Construction on the expansion is scheduled to begin in January 2027.
