Description | The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will begin a pedestrian project on August 21, 2025 along A1A/Harding Avenue between 87 Street and 87 Terrace and 90 Street SR A1A/Collins Avenue at 89 Street in Miami-Dade County. The project includes constructing pedestrian ramps at signalized crossings, a mid-block crossing at Harding Avenue at 89 Street and 90 Street and Collins Avenue at 89 Street, installing a traffic signal, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB), relocating the bus stop shelter, widening the sidewalk, repaving, restriping the intersection, and upgrading light poles with LEDs. |
