Description	The Tanzania Performance Results and Accountability Project (APL2) aims to enhance capacity, performance and accountability of ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) in the use of public resources and service delivery to levels consistent with timely and effective implementation of the strategic and priority programs under the National Strategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty (MKUKUTA). The project includes the following components: systems to support service delivery; policy development capacity; pay incentives and rewards; accountability and responsiveness; systems for managing public servants; leadership development; and change management and reform coordination.
