Description | Province Group, a California-based real investment and development company, plans to build a data center campus on about 217 acres of the former Champion Farm property in Perry Village. The project includes constructing six 200,000-square-foot buildings, each 65 feet high, to house information technology infrastructure such as computer servers and processors. The majority of the land is owned by Perry Village, with smaller portions owned by Perry Township and the Perry Joint Economic Development District. Province Group has entered into sales agreements with these entities but has not completed the transactions yet. |
