Although there are a lot of generic tools available for the creation of online shops (Wix, Shopify, Magento...), there isn’t market availability of a specific tool focused on the particular requirements of personalizable design driven consumer goods (apparel, footwear, furniture, glasses, etc.), that allow an easy and fast way to deploy an e-commerce experience, complete with connection to the supply chain, adapted to multi modal commercial strategies, and seamlessly connected to major existing or new shopping sites, that offers an engaging experience to the consumers, involving them in the design process of personalized consumer goods. Right now, we have a technological solution for footwear and other consumer goods, already tested with a reduced number of real users: we need to increase momentum and accelerate the expansion, in order to reach at least 100 shops in 3 years (after project ends), and expand the platform to other design driven consumer good sectors: apparel, glasses, furniture, etc. The proposed solution is a market-ready software platform that allows a user to create in less than 24 hours a complete solution addressing the specific needs and requirements of the commercialization of customizable design driven consumer goods: -automatic creation and deployment of a complete online shopping experience focused on personalizable design-driven consumer goods; -rich and friendly user experience: real 3D product visualization and customization tool; -seamless connection (using e-commerce standard gateways) of the e-shopping site; -configurable multimodal business model: direct e-shop, franchise model, commercial subrogation, etc. -powerful set of supply chain management tools; -low cost solution, adaptable to multiple revenue models: pay per service, pay per item sold, freemium model, etc. -safe and reliable Electronic Data Interchange system, for message, document and data secure transfer, -cross-platform compatible: smartphones, tablets, PC and Mac.
