Description | The concept of preparing, qualifying and training long-term job-seekers in the Euregional border region has proven its worth in the implementation of the predecessor project "Grenzen Bewegen". This is where the new PERSPEKTIVE 360° project comes in, consistently develops it further, embeds it in an even broader network and intensifies the contact with the enterprises of the region. The most important innovative features are as follows: - Implementation of cross-border workshops for employees of the participating cities and municipalities - Building a pool of companies - Cooperation with Dutch educational institutions - Networking with already existing national job market projects on either side of the border - Individual Consulting offers - joint practical cross-border learning and work experience - Supervision of participants even after completion of the previous training programme - Geographical expansion of the project area - Establishment as a regulatory instrument in job market integration |
