Description | Powerhouse (AIM:PHE) partners with National Hydrogen of Australia (NH2) to establish a project SPV named "National Waste to Energy" for a hydrogen plant in Perth, Western Australia. The project involves a 50-year lease for a strategically located site in the Rockingham Strategic Industrial Area, south of Perth, large enough to accommodate two of Powerhouse's patented Distributed Modular Generation (DMG) trains. The project is planned to be delivered in phases, starting with the construction of a single ~40 Tonne per Day train DMG producing power, followed by adding a hydrogen separation and compression unit, and then construction of a second ~40 Tonne per Day DMG train. Powerhouse will hold a 5% equity stake in the SPV and is providing technical support to NH2. |
